Before you can actually share your completed Custom Converse design you will need to create your design on the Custom Converse USA website www.converse.com. Please read the detailed guide on how you would design your own customized shoes on the design page. Before you share the design ensure it is completed. This means entering your colours, patterns, personal iD and size to the design!
This guide will give you the step by step instructions on how you should share your design to the ConverseByYou team. Your custom Converse shoes will be ordered and the production, shipping and delivery process to Australia will begin.
When going through the design wizard on the Custom Converse website, ensure that all steps are completed. You should also include the correct size in the options and it would specify what has been completed.
Failing to correctly complete the design will delay orders or even result with incorrect orders.
Please ensure you ONLY proceed with the next steps to share the Converse design when you have completed the design.
Step 1: The email button will vary depending on which website and device that you are using at the time.
Please see the screenshot below: Once you have located the share icon at the top left corner, simply click on the email button to send your design to ConverseByYou.

Step 2: After you have shared your design, you will need to enter your email details and any other relevant details. You will need to email the completed design to yourself.
Step 3: Ensure the ‘FROM’ and ‘TO’ email is your personal email, and that it is the exact same email.
Step 4: Open up the shared design in your personal email account. You will then be able to view your completed design. If you have not received your shared design in your email, please check your ‘Junk folder’ as it may be have sent to that folder. Please ensure all the colours, patterns and size you have entered for your custom shoes, clothing or equipment is correct.
Please note: Sending the email directly to us will NOT work as it is sent from a “NO REPLY” email address.
Step 5: Once you are happy with your design received in your personal email account, you can now forward the email to ConverseByYou where you will receive a reply within 24 hours with a quote and for further instructions.

Due to the amount of email software available we may not be able to provide exact images on of your design.
Step 6: After you have emailed your unique Converse shoe design, expect a response from ConverseByYou team with a quote and instructions on what you will need to do to make an order of the design. Please inform ConverseByYou if you would like to proceed with your custom Converse shoe order.
